Buhari: Kaduna Bomb Attack Regrettable

The former Head of State, General Muhammadu Buhari retired, has described his experience during the recent bomb blast in Kaduna as unfortunate and regrettable.

Buhari who received members of the Women In Politics Forum at his residence in Abuja Wednesday narrated  how he got converted as democrat by the singular act of the break-up of the Soviet Union which made him  to abandon his addiction to communist political system.

On  why he has contested for presidential elections for a record three times, Buhari said he was not particularly bent on winning but that ” my key interest is to uphold democracy in the country”.

The former Head of State who was made to speak directly to some young girls who accompanied the visiting women on political mentoring, expressed his desire and love for the unity of the country.
