McDonald_Chipenzi-The grand coalition on the constitution will next week hold a members’ conference in Lusaka to chart the way forward on the constitution.

Coalition spokesperson MacDonald Chipenzi said they had toned down on their activities as the Head of State had been in hibernation closing them to directing their grievances to President Michael Sata.

Chipenzi said the conference will be dubbed “Zambians Now” in demand of a people driven constitution.

“We had scaled down on our activities because we did not know where our Head of State was but now that we have been told that he is well and working or jumping we shall resume our activities,” he said.

“We will hold a members’ conference in Lusaka next week which will be held under the theme: Zambians Now.”

Chipenzi said the coalition will not scale down on the constitution making process until the draft was released by the PF government.
