Here’s to 8 more years of golfing and crime

You can see why the Clintons need all those speaking fees. Mansions and cigars that run to $30K a box aren’t cheap.

Bill Clinton enjoys a Gurkha cigar, “the Rolls Royce of the cigar industry.” He “loves the Gurkhas,” Gurkha chief executive officer Kaizad Hansotia, maker of the HMR cigar, which stands for His Majesty’s Reserve. It is, according to Hansotia, “the world’s most expensive cigar.”

One box is $25,000 — and the price will rise next year to $30,000. “The cigars are close to $1,000 each,” says the cigar boss to Bloomberg.

Nothing wrong with a man enjoying his money… except when the money

A. Comes from enemies of the United States

B. Is a means of currying favor with a political dynasty that treats the White House like a personal family entitlement

C. Plays the class warfare game while claiming to have suffered through hard times

Clintons don’t do hard times. Or hard time. They always have friends willing to pony up cash because they know that connections to the Clinton Crime Family is a profitable enterprise.

Now Bill’s wife is running for office, more on his reputation than hers, because some Americans associate his reign with better economic times, even though one had nothing to do with the other.

On the campaign trail, Bill Clinton will feel the pain of all the unemployed families. Then he’ll go back, smoke a thousand dollar cigar and laugh at them.

It’s just the Clintons begin themselves.
