JRA to tackle vandalism

JOHANNESBURG – The Johannesburg Roads Agency (JRA) has set aside over R5-billion for the next three years to deal with theft and vandalism.

Officials say the problem is out of hand.

In some instances they have been forced to hire 24-hour security to protect infrastructure.
