A photo of Olu-Ibukun Koye ,the Nigerian diplomat working for ECOWAS, who escaped quarantine in Lagos and left for Port Harcourt has surfaced online.
He was one of the first who made contact with the late Liberian, Patrick Sawyer.
Recall that Olu defied instructions and ran to Port Harcourt to meet late doctor Iyke Enemuo who treated him in a hotel.
Shortly after he was treated, he returned to Lagos where he was certified Ebola free.
