Patrick MuchelekaLubanseshi Independent Member of Parliament Patrick Mucheleka says he has given up on the Patriotic Front giving Zambians a people driven constitution.

Mucheleka said if the PF had any intention of giving Zambians a new people driven constitution they could have long delivered on their pledge.

He said with individuals like Justice Minister Wynter Kabimba in government, it was clear that the process would not be concluded anytime soon.

“With the current government it is clear that the constitution making process is going nowhere. I have given up hope we have to look elsewhere,” he said.

“They have no political will to see out the process especially with certain individuals in positions of leadership it will not happen.”

He said the PF had made Zambians lose hope in the validity of promises made by politicians.
