Trigger Happy Masumba Fires Live Shots in Mangango
Trigger happy former Mufumbwe Member of Parliament Stephen Masumba has once again been embroiled in a shooting scandal after he fired his weapon in the air at Mangango Central polling station in a skirmish with rival political party cadres.
Masumba, who last year during the festive period had a brush with the law for firing his weapon outside a night spot in Kitwe, was caught up in a political fracas in Mangango and in his usual zealousness fired in the air as residents scampered in all directions.
The former Mufumbwe lawmaker was in Mangango as part of campaigns for the ruling Patriotic Front.
He is currently out of parliament after being convicted of forging a diploma from the National Institute of Public Administration which he used to obtain a job at the Lusaka Business and Trust Institute.
He has since appealed his conviction in the Lusaka High Court.
