National Chairman of All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), Chief Victor Umeh Saturday applauded the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) for improving on the country’s electoral process.

Chief Umeh spoke at the Aguluizuigbo civic centre, Anaocha council Area of Anambra state while revalidating his permanent voter’s card.

He said, the successes recorded recently in INEC’s conduct of governorship elections in Anambra, Ekiti and Osun states speak volumes of President Goodluck Jonathan’s desire to improve the democratic space in the country.

He also said that the transparency exhibited by the INEC in the elections conducted in these three states between November last year and this month has portrayed the INEC as a
commission out to ensure that the people’s votes count in every election and their wish prevail.
