The Cachelle International 2014 Creative Arts Benefit Gala: On Saturday, May 24th at 4pm at the Royal Grand Hotel on 14th street Sinkor, Cachelle creative arts center will be hosting its first annual creative Arts Benefit Gala. The event is said to be a cocktail event with performances in Ballet, Modern dance, Jazz, Piano and Hip Hop will be done. Proceeds from the gala will go towards scholarships for children and young adults in the community. Your support will also allow us to create and implement a variety of fine and performing arts programs that will impact the lives of so many children in Liberia.
Liberians Host Musical Awards in the US: Liberians will host the 2nd annual musical awards in Philadelphia on the 31st of May which will be an all white memorial day weekend. Liberian artist both living in the Us and Liberia will be awarded in categories such as best song of the year, best artist and so fort.
New Liberian artist release hit single: going by the name of ‘Daa Kant’, he’s a fresh new voice in the entertainment industry and has already started making people jump to their feet with his latest single ‘Come Touch’, a reggae joint. The single was released on April 25th and can be found on facebook and sound cloud. Daa Kant is said to be the only Liberian artist residing in North Carolina and is doing different types of music, reggae, hip hop and R&B.
